| Active | The user can log in to ReviewMate and will appear in dropdowns or searchable fields throughout the product and its modules. |
| Suspended | The account is temporarily inactive. The user cannot log in, but their information still appears in system screens or records. Suspending does not remove them from existing records. |
| Pending | A legacy status indicating the user was invited but has not yet accepted. They cannot log in until they accept the invitation. Once accepted, the status changes to Active. |
| Invite Sent | Starting in 2026, this replaces Pending. It means an invitation to join was sent to the user. Functionally, it behaves the same as Pending: once the user accepts, they become Active. |
| Expired | The account has passed its allowed login period (e.g., after 180 days of inactivity). Expired users cannot log in. This can be configured under system login properties. |
| No Access | The user has no login credentials but appears in dropdowns or records. Useful for providers who must be visible but do not need system access. |
